Meet Tyler
Tyler has 8+ Years of Personal Training Experience working with all types of clients from professional athletes to corporate professionals, from elderly to Youth and everything in between. Tyler also has 2+ years experience working in a Physical Therapy clinic helping patients rehab from injury. Tyler uses many of the principles I learned from there in his training today.
One thing all Tyler’s clients have in common is a GOAL. It’s the reason they show up every day and give 100%. They trust that everything they're doing has an intention, and is getting them one step closer to reaching their goal.
Tyler takes a scientific approach to training. Combining methods that have been proven to work with an extensive knowledge of the functional anatomy of the human body. So whether your goal is to perform better at your sport, get your dream body, or fix that “check engine” light that’s been on in your body so you can do all the things you love to do, you can be sure that the process will get you to the end result. It’s science!
Tyler understands that everybody is different, and every BODY is different, so each person that works with him gets an individualized program that is tailored towards their goals and needs.
While training for college basketball Tyler discovered his love for pushing the boundaries of what the human body can do, and the science behind it. Since then, Tyler has competed in Powerlifting, CrossFit, and Olympic Weightlifting. Tyler is constantly looking to expand his knowledge about health and fitness to be able to help his clients as best as he can. As he gets better, so do his clients!
Tyler is certified CPR/AED, NCSF CPT, Kettlebell L1&2, USAW L1.
