Meet Katy

Katy is a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor.  She is certified from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and RYT 200 Yoga Alliance.  Her training in yoga included 200 hours of anatomy, in depth studies of alignment postures appropriate for your body and breathing techniques for mind body connection through meditation.  She has taught over the years private lessons and classes of vinyasa styled and gentle yoga for beginners throughout Westchester County.  Katy believes that each workout program or yoga lesson should be customized to the individuals needs.  She believes functional movements, mobility, flexibility, and strength guide her clients towards their goals.  Katy enjoys spending time with family and friends.
