Dennis has been an athlete his entire life. He graduated Iona College with a bachelors degree in advertising where he played club football, basketball and baseball. After college, Dennis spent time in the financial world and trained at Frozen Ropes Baseball Academy. His passion for athletic performance soon developed into more than just a hobby when he became a personal trainer as a second career. In 2009, Dennis decided to follow his passion and leave his financial career to enter the health and wellness industry full-time.
Dennis is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach and is a certified Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Functional Capacity Screen (FCS) coach. He also has continued education in corrective exercise and sports-performance. Dennis believes each exercise program should be customized to the needs of the individual client. He emphasizes mobility, stability, balance and functional strength and power in his programming.
Dennis enjoys training hard, playing basketball, softball, tennis, golf and snowboarding. He also loves traveling with his wife Ann, and two sons, Liam and Quinn.
